You contact us. We are always available when you need us - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You get a fixed point of contact at your side and clarify your exact requirements with him or her. Generally, we fill even short-term orders in less than four hours.

Based on this, your consultant selects the right candidates for you from a pool of 10,000 employees as well as current applicants and checks the required documents and credentials.

Subsequently, he or she provides you with written employee profiles, from which you can determine the exact qualifications of the potential employees. You have found a suitable candidate? Then invite him or her for an interview. As soon as you have reached an agreement, we will formalize our cooperation in an employee leasing contract.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we accompany employees who are assigned to you for the first time to their place of work on their first day. In addition, we offer transportation services, the possibility of electronic time recording, protective clothing and, if required, basic equipment with tools. You pay only for the hours our employees are on duty at your company.

If you no longer need the support of our employee, simply deregister him with us with one week's notice and thus terminate our employee leasing contract.
